Ditch the grains and enjoy these grain free salmon sushi rolls — an easy and delicious spin on sushi rolls!
4oz smoked salmon slices
1 medium sized carrot skinned and sliced
1/2 cucumber skinned and sliced
1/3 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Lay smoked salmon slices down flat on a plate or cutting board. Top with veggies and avocado, then roll and place on a serving plate! Pour coconut aminos on the side to dip the rolls.
